This team-building activity gathered MSHOT employees from all over the country. Whether they are technical experts, market elites, or administrative operations, everyone temporarily put aside their daily busyness and devoted themselves to this team-building activity with the fullest enthusiasm, showing their different side from work.
After team grouping and simple warm-up training, team building officially began. The first was the dry land curling challenge, which was divided into two forms: team competition and PK competition. This is not only a display of personal skills, but also a group communication and strategy. In the competition, the team members worked hard and battled wits and courage for the team’s performance. No one knew the result of the game until the last moment.
The next event is the yoga ball relay race. This event is a test of coordination and strategy. You need to take into account coordination before and after. You cannot go too fast or too slowly, so who is in front and who is behind is very strategic. Everyone is for the honor of the national team. , everyone performed their duties, and the entire stadium was filled with laughter and laughter.
After the yoga ball relay race, after a short rest, the next step was the dragon boat race and the baton race. Both of these races tested the physical strength of the players.
