Respiratory Infection Microscopy Diagnosis

What is the joint inspection of respiratory tract?

Respiratory infection is mainly caused by bacteria, microorganisms, and fungi,  the joint tests of the respiratory tract are also called combined tests of IgM antibodies against nine respiratory pathogens, in China mainly nine joint tests which can test nine kinds of infection resources in one slide.

The indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect IgM of nine pathogens. Because the body is stimulated by antigen, the first antibody produced is IgM, but the half-life of IgM is short (about 5 days). If the serum-specific IgM antibody content increases, it indicates that there is a recent infection, which is helpful in the early diagnosis of infectious diseases.

What kind of microscope is used to diagnose?

A routine fluorescence microscope in LED lighting is advised, take an example of the normal uses of diagnosis fluorescence reagents manufactured by  VIRCELL MICROBIOLOGISTS in Spain. The reagent is mostly effectively excited under Blue light EX460~480nm and Green light EX510~550nm.
