    Description

    MF52-N is a compact high quality inverted fluorescence microscope in common use, it supports observation of bright field, phase contrast and fluorescence, small body is good to use inside incubator. LED light source is available to ON and OFF at any time, convenience for lab working.

    The LED light source as epi fluorescence illumination is high efficiency and safety for routine fluorescence laboratory work. Swing-in and swing-out type condenser can achieve non-contaminated cultured cells observation in the high culture dish or in the cylindrical flask. Its modularity design concept makes it can be easily and safety adjusted the illumination system and switched the fluorescent filter groups. It is widely applicable to do micro observation of cells tissue and transparent liquid tissue as well as observation of bio-pharmaceutical, medical testing and disease prevention,etc.

    Built-in color LED lamps and module design, instant on and off offers green, red, yellow and blue four fluorescence imaging results.

    New optimized optical path design:

    High contrast objective without curvature or halo:

    The objective lens has clear imaging without field curvature or halo, and has high contrast.It has High numerical aperture objectives,upgraded plan phase contrast objectives and semi-apochromatic fluorescence objectives for choices.

    Built-in interface:

    Compatible with all camera types below 1.2 inches.Since optical imaging is a very complex process, the digital interface has a great influence on light compensation, transmittance, dispersion, balance, strength, etc., and plays a great role in image correction and compensation.
