    Description

    MF43-N is a research-grade fluorescence microscope latest developed by Mshot with equivalent performance to Olympus BX43. The microscope adopts excellent quality infinity optical system and maximum fit to six fluorescence filter cubes. Meanwhile, the microscope can expand to multiple observation methods of phase contrast, dark field, polarizing and DIC observation. It is compatible with electrical stage and device. Function of light intensity manager controls brightness eliminates light intensity adjustments when switching magnifications.The microscope is standard used for laboratory and clinical microscopy especially FISH, FRET and CTC.

    Semi-achromatic fluorescence objectives

    Designed for high-resolution and high-contrast imaging, it uses multi-layer coating technology and highly sensitive fluorescence performance to ensure the sharpness, clarity and color reproduction of the collected images.

    Sxituple fluorescence module

    Equipped with high-quality bandpass filter sets, high-performance filters can make fluorescence observation more efficient, brighter and more uniform. It can install 6 filter sets to image multiple stained specimens at the same time, and the filter sets can be replaced without tools.

    Fluorescence illuminating system in LED light source

    The long-life, wide-spectrum, high-power LED light source not only has uniform brightness but is also easy to maintain. The spectrum covers a wavelength range of 350nm-760nm and can be turned on and off instantly without preheating.

    LIM function

    The light intensity manager sets brightness settings according to the specific objective.
