We have distributors in some countries and regions, and these distributors are responsible for different sales channels or different product lines. Please contact us to introduce your intended distribution area and field, and we will cooperate with you according to your specific situation.

Please provide your country and city, product or solution, and we will check whether there are local dealers or partners to provide services for you. If there are local dealers, we usually do not sell directly to the end-user.

We are a manufacturer integrating R&D, sales and production, so we are a manufacturer and have relevant ISO certification. We are not a foundry for Olympus, Nikon, Leica, Zeiss, but we provide them with third-party accessory solutions and products.

Our salesperson will confirm your needs with you via email and online contact, and provide a signed Proforma invoice to confirm the order details. Depending on the quantity of your order, we generally use FEDEX/DHL/UPS express or airlines to ship to you. We currently only accept bank transfers and small amounts of Paypal, supporting multiple currencies.

According to different product categories and models, we continue to produce standard conventional goods and have dynamic safety stocks. The stocking cycle for scattered quantities of conventional goods is 1 to 2 weeks. The production cycle of bulk goods is about 30 days. The production of customized products usually takes more than 30 days.

The total warranty period of the product is generally 5 years, and after-sales support is provided for life. The free warranty period without man-made damage is 1 year after receiving the goods, and the repaired parts are automatically extended for 6 months of free warranty. The cost of repair parts and materials will be charged from the second year, and the cost of repair labor will be charged from the third year.

Unless the purchaser has special requirements, all products will be affixed with product barcodes with serial numbers and product labels indicating the production time when they leave the factory.

We have our own brand MSHOT, which is usually printed on our products. Depending on the product and model, we can provide unbranded products or OEM services as long as the MOQ is met.
